Leading teams through change: lessons from a Swedish telecoms company

Born and raised on the Swedish west coast, 90 kilometers north of Gothenburg (Uddevalla), Sweden. Here was also where I undertook my training in finance, economics and marketing. During my military service as a Sergeant (1983-1984), I found a passion for leadership and that I wanted to work with that in my coming future. Worked eight years at Saab Automobile AB (Trollhättan & Nyköping), which was a very educational period. The automotive industry is very focused on efficiency and “the Toyota model” (lean), and was therefore a very good start to my career in management and something I always carried with me through my professional life.
